i have a problems with the server.
i have changed the right things and i can play now but if a player logoff and login he start at the begin and al his stuff is gone and his weapon/armor what he's wearing.
what need i to do?

Im sorry but I cant leave this one alone. ISP stands for internet service provider. There is no such thing as Internet Police. Here is how you can for Winamp.
1. Download winamp at http://www.wampserver.com/en/download.php
2. After it is installed run it. On your task bar you should see a speedometer. Left click on the icon and select 'Put Online'
3. Left click on the Speedometer again and scroll to WWW Directory.
4. Copy the contents of the download here into the folder. When done, close it out.
5. Left click on the speedometer again go to mysql then Mysql Console. When it asks for a password, just press enter.
6. On the command line type: create DATABASE runescape; Then press enter.
7. If you are new to MySQL I recommend installing MySQL Query Browser to execute the script. You can find it here: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html
8. After it is downloaded and installed, open it. Same thing as before Username: root Pass: leave blank and Host: localhost
9. Click on file, open script. In the website download there should be a file called runescape.sql Open that one.
10. Make sure you selected the database 'runescape' and click on the lightning button, this executes the script. Wait a while for it to load. When its done, go to your internet browser and for the web address make it http://localhost
11. Enjoy. Hope this helped.
