k update for any one here is i found a way to get around this using a cracked version of Recovery Toolbox For Rars if you need it just p.m me
my antivirus did flagg it as a malware/gen but i used it and than monitored my system and than preceded to test it accordingly so far nothing. so it's clean to me it's just flagged as a malwar for how it cracks the program,

Ive downloaded it 3 times. Also went looking for another source to dl it from.
There is an issue here seeing as how it not just 1 or 2 of us having this problem.
Also had a look at the complie file that seemed to extract and your version of java jdk is old than mine current verion is now 1.6.0_23.
