How to change ports, 317, 377, 508

I do not know how many times i've seen a player get so frustrated over not knowing how to change the port on a 508, 317, or a 377 even!

Not ragin' or anything, but it's like... 1 line on any server, in server.java, or SocketListener.java(named differently on different 500+ sources). This might be gone in my section clean up. I appreciate the effort you put into this, nonetheless :3
