How to make a Runescape Private Server (Hamachi for starters)
This is one of the old V1 guides I created on my old account. (hobomsrocks)
I got a few people requesting me to re-post it.

How to make a Runescape private server.
You will need the following items before you can start.
~ JDK (Click the download under "Java SE Development Kit (JDK)") http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
~ Hamachi https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/list.asp
~ WinRAR http://www.win-rar.com/index.php?id=160&dl=wrar380.exe
~ A client: (This is something to log into your server with, you may also use silab or moparscape)

(Remember to get one from under "317 downloads"
Once you have all of those downloads you are ready to begin. :)
1. First open up "Hamachi". At the top you will see your ip. (e.g. 1.222.333.4).
Keep that in your head because you will need to know it later on.
2. Click the icon that looks like a triangle. (When you hover over it it should say "Create
or join existing networks") Press "Create new network". Type in a network name and
a network password. (Keep it simple, so people can remember it.)
3. Now open up your base.
Somewhere in that folder you should see "Runserver.bat". Double click on it, and a
black screen should pop up, it should say "_______ online" "Port 43594 in-use" or something simmilar to that.
(Look for any indication that your server is online)
4. Your server is now up! Now open up your client.
Type in your desired Username and Password.
5. Under your username and password you should see "server ip".
Type in your ip that you saw in your hamachi. You are now ready to log in.
6. Congratulations, you are now done your server.
CHANGING YOUR IP:
1. Go to www.no-ip.com and create an account. (Make sure you remember your username and password because you may want to change your ip again some time.)
2. When logged in, Click on the "Hosts/Redirects" tab.
3. Click on "Add Host" near the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
4. For your hostname, this may be whatever you want, for example, mine would be joshisawesome.no-ip.biz.
5. Go down and you will see a "Ip Address" box, type in your hamachi ip.
6. Go down to your bottom right corner and press "Create host"
Congratulations, you have now changed your ip address, you are ALMOST done.
How to make your character(s) Admin.
1. Open up your base, near the top of the folder you should see a file called
"characters". (This is where every chracter in your server goes.)
2. Look for your name and double click it. Scroll down a little and you will see
character-rights = 0. Change the 0 to: 1,2,3.
mod: 1 admin: 2 owner: 3
Commands:
COMMON COMMANDS USED ON MOST SERVERS:
EVERYONE:
::train
::starter
::yell
::modinfo
MOD:
::master (Gives you all 99 stats)
::modzone (Moderator/admin/owner hideout)
ADMIN:
::demote (Demotes a staff member.)
::banuser _______ (Bans character from server.)
::unban ______ (Unbans character from server.)
::ipban ______ (Bans the persons ip)
::noclip (Dont use this :P)

Q- Why cant people log into my server?
A- Make sure they have joined your hamachi network.

A- Yes.

A- Yes, go to www.no-ip.com.

Q- Can I add different items to my server that arent already on it?
A- Yes you can, I suggest you go to "releases" part of the forum and
look up some cool customs made by other people.

Q- Will my server still work if my java is outdated?
A- Although it will work, I reccomend you delete your old java and get the latest version off their website.
