When you put a video of your private server make sure it has nothing to do with jagex or anything cause Jagex lets people make private servers as long as it has nothing to do with what i just said ^. How can i make my self admin on my server

i dont know why you would want to be admin, you can set it to owner, anyway what you do is in the source folder-characters-your username-character rights-3(for owner; 2 for admin)
