[Tut] Setting up Devias Web Properly

I see people having trouble setting up the web for devias, its verry basic.

To set the news go to /cutenews/ , install it, than install the php script, assuming you got some experience into this field. To enable registration to your MySQL Database simply go to config.php and edit it to your like. You may edit anything you want besides copyright content. If we catch you removing our ads we will ban you from RageZone!



THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE CUTENEWS:

If you go in the main page ( Devias Wev ) you will notice something in the bottom of the news Content Management Powered by CuteNews , thats the CuteNews its a news system manager that easily lets you create news.

ghostsnyper in my post above this one i fixed the floating head and many many other bugs added 400 objects to a db and 3000 npc's added to db around 20 spawns or so.

You can delete the SHA1.java its not used in any of the files I renamed it to SHA1.txt and put it in notes folder for future use.

thats my final release I won't work on this anymore.

Contains a 101KB sql file with
~100% npcs
20% npc spawns
5% objects (you can gather these by typing ::oclear than go crazy clicking on tree's bank booths anything when you are done type ::odump which will save all you clicked in database, this is to prevent people from spawning fake objects and leveling on them.)
0% doors (this is really annoying you have to do this by hand to make doors work)
0% items (this can be dumped from items.cfg to mysql its just itemnames to itemId database used for mod control panel).

Once you get doors and drops done your server is pretty much complete atm spawns like Dad works you kill him it announces his dead no drops for any monsters.

Dragon Island has some kind of chest lvl 85 to pick it works.. give random money up to 17k or
santa hat / lantadyme / highwayman. orange/red key systems work.

this comes with a very simple website I made to create players and access mod panel.

Wow Guys, i'm really impressed...in the time it took me to get the database working fully, you fixed every other issue...Its nice to see good, strong community work...i guess I'll wait for the fixed version and continue on it. I plan on organizing it more, and reducing process lag and whatnot. i also plan on splitting up the bigger files into packages to reduce loading times. Congrats on a job well done
