address already in use when i run.bat

i have set up my port forwarding and my JDK and i have downloaded Palidino76s 508 server base.

i have changed the jre6 to mine andwhen i press run.bat it says:

Something is using the port you want to use. If you choose 80, don't. Also, make sure that,if testing your game server, you don't run multiple instances.
