AJ Scape 508 Server Help

Hey today i tried setting up my first 508 server and i compiled with no errors but when i got to run server i get this error:

How do i fix this?

I believe the port that AJScape is running on is currently in use.
Not good with these sort of errors though. xD

Change ports or remove the program taking that port(get off officias rs?)

This means that the port your server is running is already being used, either you have the run.bat open twice or one of your programs is using that port.

Simply change the port, or tell the program to use a differeent port.

Try a port checker.
That will tell you which ports are open and closed.
More complex ones will tell you whats using the port.
