No connection

Hi, I am creating a server. I have done everything. The only way I can connect to my server is to type in Localhost for the ip address. I have port forwarded correctly(port 43594), turned off my firewall, opened up the port desired(43594), typed in my direct ip and no-ip correctly in the IP ADDRESS box to connect to the server, AND I have tested to see if the NO-ip works for my gateway, and put in the right ip address for my server. I did all this, but me or other players still can't connect to my server. HELP!

Okay Well first Turn on your server and tell me what it says then.
Your going to go into ur client and just type in first 0.0.0.0 tell me if it logs in if not then thier is something wrong with the server or your client.

PS: Insted of using a No-ip just use ur IP thats what i do.
