    Talking NPC

    Hi, I would really like to know how to make talking NPCs. Thats because people always log into the server and their persons name is random and their head shakes and they float etc. I want to tell them to download the client. My server is off of a Delta Base. COuld someone please tell me how to add a talking NPC?
