2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

This is pretty much pissing me off..
i didn't touch anything, and this happends.
I was too the point where i was installing the Rose Clients,
now i can't connect to localhost?
What's the problem here?

Edit the file My.ini, Find the line: [mysqld] under the comment # The MySQL server and change it for [mysqld-nt]

(I try to find a Server, maybe i can come on ur server, i try to make my server but i always crash when i try to log with a char)

Use the password you used when you installed MySQL 5.0.
