Have you tried pressing the ok button and continue on with the compiling. That's what I always do with that "binary" pop-up.

Create Binary folder in your SERVER FOLDER!

not only create binary folder, but object and sub folder worldserver, charserver, loginserver

u can see "makefile" to find what u need to create
