You are running Rose Evo, right? Normally Vital Jams aren't used at this version as you don't have any stamina-skills...
Maybe you should at first have a look at some servers before setting up one by yourself...seems you are new to this game (just a ltl tipp ;-) )

my server rates:
exp_rate=300
drop_rate=2000
drop_type=2
zuly_rate=400
i have a low rate server you know to actually emulate the game
low rate servers ftw funs servers are only fun for a few minutes...
^_^ autoreset or reborn lvl 250 ^_^
so fun continues.. ^_^
