Is to build the server from Arcturus, using appserv 1.5.0 or MySql and phpMyAdmin or Navicat?

Say What ? Sounds like you are requesting the Arc Server to Run mySql?
Its Official it runs on MSSQL yes its different but there is a reason all Official servers use MSSql and Not My Sql.

Also Nobody that would do it has the sources to do it. You say practical I say Lazy. Hell We have even Spoke about migrating it to something even more advanced that mssql.

Make Arc run on Mysql Ill laugh all night on that one.

P.S You want easy unsecured mysql go use OsRose.

If you can not answer then do not answer politely, asked if I could use MySql in Arcturus for Windows 7 that I use and have tried to create a server in windows and you can not!

Find out things before calling people lazy!

If for you a person who wants to do things with more convenience and speed mean that she is lazy, I only regret!

Rofl All I'm saying is it will never work. You need full sources codes to make that kinda change.
1. The Time consumed coveting does not out way the benefit.
2. Benefit there is none but simplicity of use. (Major security weaken)
I have set hundreds of servers Up Arc servers at that I have used all different versions of Mssql I also know my way around My Sql. TBH I did not like mssql at first it was harder and more complicated then Mysql. I I will never go back. You say its faster explain to me How?

Takes 30 min to set up a arc server on Mssql online and running.
To set it up for Mysql will take weeks due to code conversions and security updates.
I can navigate thru mssql just as fast as mysql with ent manager.
So where would the benefit be? The only thing i see is the benefit of not having to learn a new sql system. That I call Lazy. To me this thread is like asking Can I trade my Lamborghini in for a Citron 2CV.
Not trying to sound like an animal as you pt it.
But I do know what I'm talking about on this matter. Trust Me.
