Awwww never works with my ip

i dont know why ....
i install my own server in my pc i change the worldserver.conf loginserver.conf and charserver.cnf with my lan ip and my the other ip (whatismyip.org)and never work i ll try around 20 and 30 times i change how other guides and never work but if if put the 127.0.0.1 walaa works my server but i nid that other people play in my server pls somebody can help me i am boring i was trying for 2 weeks everyday and i cant make that
if somebody know wat is my mistake pls tell me or give a guide to work pls i nid make my own latin server this forum is wonder
i cant read wat is my mistake when the worlserver is load and then close.. i am using irose guide and the client is rzrose thank u very much

Okay how many freaking help topics are you going to make? holy crap.

First off you will be the only person using 127.0.0.1 to connect to your server, you will not be able to use the ip u get from ipchicken.org. Further more, you need to make sure your ports are forwarded for the rose online login, character, and world servers. I would also suggest that if you cant get past this part you should just give up now because there is no hope for your server ever progressing and flourishing if you cant even set it up correctly the first time around.

so i only want to make my own server i have some 3d dev. friends then they help me to make items i only want make the server but i have some mistake coz never works with my ip :S i know that u know how make the server --- the problem is i dont know i only wanna learn .
how may i do for that ports are forwarded for the rose online login, character, and world servers??
