which server are you using?

Rose characters never swim. They just walk through water like it was land. There's nothing we can do to change that.

So you are using rev 80?

Well first of all that revision is old, outdated and no longer being developed.
You should probably give some serious consideration to upgrading to the version that is actually being worked on and gets regular bug fixes.

The skill problem is because of the usual problem. your Client data files don't match your server data files.
in rev 80 this is LIST_SKILLS.STB (client) and skills_data in your database. You have to make your client side STBs into server side CSVs or SQL tables.

With the newer server (dev rev) you just copy the STBs into the server so no need for messing around with file conversions and stuff.
