Can I change the ANNOUNCEMENT?

Is there a way I can change the announcement says?
not the 1 that appears when you log-in, the one on the upper screen ( the one in yellow text )

I want to change announcement to my site web url
so if i can change it pls tell me thanx :)

that is loaded client side, i cant remember what file its in atm.. im sure someone here does though.

Try hex editing some files, you may eventually find it.

So everyone knows, He's talking about the notice "Find all blah blah blah at roseonlinegame.com"

And find yourself a VFS program and a STB editor and play around a little till you find it.
This is all modifying the client and you'd have to have them download atleast 300mb worth of a patch once you put it all back together, So if you really wanna go through with it, when your finished upload it to megaupload.
