well... first post XD....
u go eucar (/go 4) and u must talk to the only guy who have the quest symbol
(that is becaus beforse u cant talk to eucarians) no go up (like seconf flor) and talk to the guy that is in the center =)!
or try talk everybody.... all sell somthing to hight level =P
