Character Server crash

hey do i need to get a new world server inorder to stop the character selection server crash? Thanks.

Uh, more information would be nice. Such as what is the exact error you get when it crashes?

like when i select character select in the game. It would go back to character screen but then it would say "server Disconnected" then it would disconnect me... Sometimes it closes world server and stuff but other times no.

Also how do i fix the clan thing? you can recruit people.

GM's cant go to character selection from ingame they have to relog

Character selection sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't.
