Clan names

i just notice that when i create a clan in game and change things with list_clan.sql on database it doesn't change at all sample

character name: osrose
clan name crated via in game burtland NPC: osroseCL
clan grade: 1

now i wanted it to change on list_clan.sql to

character name: osrose
clan name from osroseCL to osroseCLAN
clan grade 1 to 7

but after restarting the server and re logging in.. all same with osroseCL and grade 1

Did you restart just the WorldServer or all 3?

Clans are loaded in the CharServer.
