Why do you tell everyone not to update the client. You are suppose to update the client.
you are not supposed to update the client because if you do youll get the "User send invalid blockheader" error making you unable to connect.

that may be the case for you, however i am trying to point out what was causing problems for the majority that had problems with the client.

But as you can see in this post http://forum.ragezone.com/rose-onlin...lp-153465.html
The way I am saying does work. Trust me I have sat here and tested each client both ways of updating and not updating. I even tried different updates, as I have the entire update directory. As of right now, the best solution is to use rose_112_112_NA.exe and do a full update. Then patch the system..
ic so updated or not updated doesnt matter. tho i wouldnt bother updateing unless something made actually use of the updated stuff. guess im lazy bleh ;p
From what I have seen, when it is updated, more of the item id's that have been incorporated into the client is matching the items from the data base of items we have. Which I have been going through the entire item data base and sorting out things that either are blank items and wrongly named to the id's. It is a real pain in the butt. But to me its worth it to have a data base that is clean and known to be all working with proper id's.
Does someone know which client files contains the item table. Maybe we can use this file to double check the item (an monster) tables.Originally Posted by Jenetix
