I have change my /ban command to 299 and its not working for me? My client is (Os)Rose? Ingame its say: "Not allowed" ? What I need to do than

You need to be a GM too, see isgm in characters mysql table.

I said "isgm" field. Set it to "1" for each character which is a GM.

People can only fight with you if you are in a PVP enabled map. try going to clan fields or crusader training grounds or something
