error, please help

Ok well my friend gets this error when he try's to log onto the server it says connecting then closes and opens a note pad and it says this...

Did he put the tRose from his CLIENT into his "release" folder? And make sure the config.ini is correct and the Channels table in the database.

yeah the channles are correct and the config i think its the trose ty =]

Also, make sure the Channels, Config.ini, and the .bat all have the SAME IP.
