open up your SQL db, and goto accounts, then accesslevel, change it from 100 to 300.

no 500 is set usually for Developers.... and according to my exp. 700 is for Admins. and access lvl 700 give more info. about the players

Follow this guide if your using navicat MySQL:::
1.Open Navicat MySQL
2.Double click localhost
3.Click roseon(database)
4.Go to accounts tab and double click.
5.You should be looking at ID,Username,Password,Acesslevel and more
6.Change the acesslevel from 100 to 300
7.Have fun. ^^
100 = normal player
300 = GameMaster(GM)

Yes i know... its pretty irritating. Btw the 700 one works fine for me. All gm commands work over 299. If you check commands.ini in your serverfiles folder you will see that the 299 one is minimum and you can change to your own likeing
