no not /Item.... In command and item .xls file see there is an Item named GM Skill and Admin skill..... he is telling of that skill
The GM Skill Mastery and Developer Skill Mastery but do not work in EVO servers.
Do not use them or you will get a trose error.
I also labeled them do not use in my Admin/GM Guide that way too

No they only work on official server files for irose i.e. arcturus, you could probably get them to work on the osirose server by logging the packets and writing the approprate code by using the arcturus files and using these skills, but they arent exactly essential items to have working - they dont actually give you anything they are both passives, all they do is unlock the GM area of effect buffs.Originally Posted by spikensbror
