What .conf files are you talking about? (Sorry I'm German it's a bit hard to understand sometimes.)
You need to change the 3 .conf files in your fullserver folder you downloaded.
It's Worldserver.conf, loginserver.conf and charakterserver.conf (?)
Whereever ServerIP is you need to change it to the Ip others have to connect to, if u want them to connect over hamachi you enter the HamachiIp of the Hamachinetwork host in there.

also got this problem when i open WorldServer.exe

dont mind about this one, its just because you started the worldserver before the charserver.
Is everything set to 127.0.0.1 , the .bat file has to be 2 IP 127.0.0.1
