the news page in neoncube is a webpage that is hosted on any website anyplace you like.
All you have to do is put the url to this website into your neoncube.ini file

for example here is the entry that I use in neoncube.ini for my news page at KTRose

notice_url = http://ktrose.no-ip.org/osprose/index.php

As you will see if you type the url into a browser, it is just a simple HTML web page in which I add the latest news of what is going on with the patches and stuff.

You can make the page as simple or complex as you like.
