Did you try to just heal yourself and see if you lose HP?

If your stats are too high, I have seen people lose HP.

If the command "/heal" fails to resolve the problem, please try the command "/stat str 1"

Probbably it's because your str or any other stat (probbably strength) is too high, try to check that.
Else; I don't know, try to relog or sumthing '-.-

EDIT: oh, I didn't saw you guys also said about the high stats, mb

Solution:

In Your Navicat Server
Change Your Hp To Less Then 15,000
and stats max 300

that will help

if you put more then 15,000 hp
or more then 300 stats

You have a chance of crashing server
reason: because server cannot hold over 300 Max stats
if you change max stats to like 500 then the server can hold
about 500 stats
