How can i make my item become duration item ?

What kind of item?
What kind of server?

It will be different in different systems.
I suggest you look at some items that are known to be timed in the STBs. Something like the medals in NARose evo.

example : i wanna make jabberwok become duration for one week

The only way to do that wold be to hard code it into your server.
It's not going to be very easy either.
It will require new members in several classes within the code and a whole bunch of cases to determine which items it applies to, when the timer starts and so on.

It's possible but Rose isn't set up to make it work easily.
