[Help] ? Maintenance?

Ok well today I tryed to run the servers (world, char, login) on my brothers computer, it didn't work so I put the files back on here... then suddenly I get the server under maintenance error, and I didn't change anything :censored2 :S It was working just fine untill i tryed to run it off of his computer lol anyone have any ideas on what i messed up? any help would be awesome ^,^

Ok well I got it to work finaly i had to enable the DMZ on my router... but what I don't get is y I needed to so i would still like some advice. all the correct ports was enabled yet there was no-one able to connect to it so ya if you know something i don't please share xD
