Are u use what client and server files?

I think u trying run Irose client in OsRose Server files. not shure.

i am using arcturus server and ruffrose client .

Humm i see them when apear "Download Avatar List" mean your (character server) its off for some reason..

Maybe your configuration for char server its rong i had same probleme some time ago

Try this where is:

EditWaitTIME=3
put
EditWaitTIME=10

and set all .exe's to windows 98 compatibility mode

i do this and its fixed
