[HELP]Pk Mode for whole server

Hello, i have a good server up and running and i can fix most problems by myself but this one i don't seem to get how i should do.

What i want to do is to set the whole server to PK mode so everyone can run around and kill eachother. (not all the time ofcourse ;) ) Only for event purposes, but it would be a fun thing. Anyone can help me?

goto the map you want to be pvp enabled and type /pvp 1 to enable /pvp 0 to disable. i believe this is the correct formatting, but cant verify due to the osRose forums being down.
