they're both irose, osirose is open source irose server still kinda buggy, and arcturus is classic irose server

arc has no source so you get what you get with no chance to modify or edit it.

Arcturus does have source. Its just that no one has its source and/or its not public.

well obviously it had a source originally or else nobody could have ever compiled it in the first place

If anybody still has a copy of it anywhere they ain't sharing.
