[Help]Setting Up Cms

Hey guys, after about a week and much help of Akai's Mega Guide and a little help from the Hamachi Server guide I got my server up and running.
Now I do not know much about PHP coding, and I need to know basically in a step by step guide to setting up a CMS... I tried lots of things with CMS V1.6 lite but i could not figure a few things out. Such as... How to create an admin account and various things like that. If anyone could help me with a step by step it would be greatly appreciated thanks alot.
