How do you make a osRose server with Hamachi
Hello, I'd like to know how do you make a osRose server with Hamachi. I must warn you though, my English might not be correct.
I know how to code for private servers but I need to know how to make one with Hamachi because I can't obtain my router username and password because my relative set a different and confuse one up without my knowing it.
Thanks in advance,

Re: How do you make a osRose server with Hamachi
In the CONF files where it asks for your server ip, instead of using your WAN IP, put your hamachi IP. Then, to allow other hamachi users to connect to it, create a network on hamachi and have people join that.

You don't have to forward any ports if you're using hamachi >.<

credit by me :)
ok, what you will need:
a Server ( a good guide for setting/installing a new server here)
AND
hamachi
ok, now start you're hamachi, once its up and running, you will see like a little triangle near the bottom of the program:
Imageshack - hamimg1io7.jpg
click create network and a box will appear like this:
Imageshack - imgham2ky6.jpg
call the network what you want and password it...
now on the top fo your hamachi there will be big bold numbers like so :
ImageShack® - Online Media Hosting
NOTE: THIS IS ONLY MY HAMACHI IP, NOT YOURS
now, on your server files what ever your repack may be, open you logon-server.config and change the following details:
world server = "YOUR HAMACHI IP"
save and close.
then open your login server and change :
login server = "YOUR HAMACHI IP"
also:
char server
char server = "YOUR HAMACHI IP:
save and close that
close that and your done!
start your server and then tell your friends your network name and password for hamachi,
Hope it Helps
