How does people connect to my rose cms website?

Does any1 know how people can connect to my rose cms website?

First i started xampp_start then gave my ip address to my friend and he said it doesnt work.

you have to open port 80 to instead of typing localhost people type your wanip which can be found here: http://www.whatismyip.com

You can use a Domain (by paying)
or No-IP (Using Domain with SUBDOMAIN Free)....

Yup but some times the problem is if you are behind a router and u try to use port 80 when using no-ip it will only show your pickedname-no-ip.com name will show your router admin login.

so on that note you must know how to change your settings in your router and try to reconfig it to let your router use like secure login from https and make it use port 8080 :) and don't always have to use no-ip.com you can also use https://www.dyndns.com/ i find it much better then no ip but that is just my liking take a pick for your self see witch one you like. :)
