But when I use that IP to setup my server, it don't let me connect into the game. I think just because I have a Router?

Yes, you need to forward the ports that the game uses on your router to the machine you run the server on.

You connect to <INTERNAL IP>, while your friends connect to the <EXTERNAL IP>.

First determine your router. You can use one of these guides specific to your router. PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall

If all three of your servers are on the same PC, that makes it easier. Use the IP address of that machine, and forward ports 29000, 29100, and 29200. If your running your CMS/Webpage from there, include port 80 as well.

If you don't have a static external IP address, you can also use no-ip.com to make a name for your friends to access.
