How to add Monsters and Custom drops

Hello guys, I wanna ask one little thingy. How to add monsters to map? I need more monsters in a few places in my map, but I don't know how to do that.
And one more thing. When I will add those monsters or bosses how to do so when player kill that monsters(Boos) He wll drop not one item but a few of items. And how to change items that he are droping. To my custom items I want that he drop?

This question is unanswerable without knowing which server files are being used.

I'm using 80revision server files. From this site.
And Game Client 142v.
I don't know any more usefull information. I hope this is enough info for you guys to answer :) thx. And sorry
