How to change max level on osrose server

Please can someone help me do this. I have been trying for ages now, but to no avail.

Im wanting to change the max level to 210 on my evo server and was wondering if anyone could help me do this.

There's a setting in the conf file (list_config database file for later versions)
Just change the number, save the file and restart your server.
