oh you could compile it. :-p however, several changes must be necessary. instead of using win-pthreads, u should modify the code to use the native one. i'll try to look on to this one later :p
btw, worldserver doesn't like wine very much :P

ok, but i run it now on my pc, but I don't like to buy a server with windows, bacause linux is cheaper :P

There was a project to get it to work on Linux, but that was a while ago. Probably dead by now. But, I don't think anyone here will know how.
And don't attempt with whine, that will give your server lag probably.
