i need help with the world server

i set this server up fine before but now i get an error

OK, I got everything set up but when I run the world server, it said Connected to MySQL server. Then it crashes. Details about it revealed it was the libmysql.dll file. Any idea as to how to fix for this?

i have the same problem can anybody help me fix it please
