First ofall: what rev of OsROSE are you using, what CSV, What client.
I am using osrose version 80, evo, and what u mean by csv? Right now i am using the Evo client 139.
Are you sure you didn't update your client?

You have an updated client and version 139 CSVs in your server. They don't line up.
Every time you update the client you have to make a fresh set of CSVs for your server. you can find them in the binary/data folder
How do i make a fresh set of CSV's for the server. Is there like a converter and what do i convert FROM?
you convert from the STBs that are in your client's VFS structure.
There is a converter tool available in the tools section at dev-osrose
Also RL2171 always posts the latest CSV files every time a new revision comes out at NA rose.
