IP Connection Problem(Users Not Me)

Okay so I am currently trying to host a ROSE Online Private Server, and well I use my LAN IP (Searched it by using RUN Cmd Prompt) I know my ServerIP is from the internet where u type in MY IP in google and shows ur IP.

I do all that configuring for ROSE but the problem is others cant seem to connect from there PC?

Is there like a 3rd party software or something or something to get others to connect to my server?

Did you port forward on your router and/or firewall?
If you haven't google "port forwarding" and look for a guide using your router.
You need to forward ports 80, 29000, 29100, 29200
