osirose uses a database table called list_mobgroups to load all spawns.
if you want to add monsters just add an entry in this table.

But in navicat-test-table-mobgroup have map 1,2,10,12,13 but no have map 3 ?

Junon is map 2, 0 = AP, 1 = Zant, 2 =Junon

Just open up LIST_ZONES.STB to get a list of the available maps and their IDs

There is no 3 because map 3 is Dolphin Island and there are no monster spawns there.

That field is a "primary key". It has to have unique id numbers.
