What exactly do the /set worldrate () and the /set worldprod () commands do?

im not sure tbh but i know like /sey worldexp 100 is exp i dident knw there was a worldrate command

worldprod : hitting rate?

etc.

e.g. /set worldexp 200 == exp rate is 2x

i thought that worldexp was the exp multiplyer
heres what i have

/set worldexp 300 for 3x exp
/set worlddrop 500 is drops
/set worldREWARD is for quest rewards
/set worldPROD is for npc pricing
/set worldSTAMINA is stamina recovery rate

i havent actually ever tried worldrate,
maybe cause i didnt know it was in the command list

taken from the ascii strings of the server files, all the "world" cmds that you can use.
