Can someone please explain this to me? here is what happened in somewhat detail as best I can.

I got everything updated (is obviously using Vista now >.o;) Rose online updated let me login, make all my players. <Yay> and soon as I double clicked on one of my players "BAM!!" Thats when that error happened. it happened twice now. )= any ideas or solutions? Thanks everyone. and I am terribly sorry if this has been posted someone. I didn't really have time to use the search button cause I'm kinda in a hurry. >RushDay<
