There's no such thing as a good high rate server IMO.
With high rate, players level up too fast and reach max level then get bored and leave. I've seen it over and over.
Anyway, why not try one of the top 100 lists. All the servers are listed in one or more of them.

Thanks, but I have already gone over all the top 100 website lists... Does anyone know of an actual server with 100X+ rates?
The reason I want 100X+ is because when I have a lans with my friends they all want to play the highest rates possible since they usually only play when we get together.
well you could actually try looking at some of the entries on the list that i linked you to.
for example kiko rose is an irose server advertizing 100X. It's only about 7 entries from the top. Not really that hard to find
Kiko-rose sucks. :S

He didn't specify that it had to be a server that wasn't run by some n00b who has no idea how to operate a server.
Trouble is that almost all of the high rate servers are like that. They tend to be run by school kids with no programming experience.
You may have noticed that all the better servers use low rates because that's how the game works best.

Raknurose wasn't a good server. Besides, they are offline right now.

well at least you are trying to get experience and learn the stuff.
Most just grab a server, set rates to 60 million and open it to the public.
That just ruins rose for everyone.
Rose has little or no end game content so if you skip to max level too quickly there is literally nothing to do.
With WOW it makes some sense to level up faster since there is stuff to do at max level.
well arua high rate is very populated (2k + players), at least it was when i played there, about 3 months ago. but it's "only" 30x.
another 30 or 35x exp server is icons inferno, but this server isn't for everyone. too many new items that doesn't really fit into rose, but it's a matter of personal taste i guess.
the donation system is also a downside and some other stuff. but i won't go into details about that.
no offence intended, icon, if you read this. imo your server is still one of the better ones out there.
but i don't think that there is a somewhat reliable and professional 100x exp irose server around. besides that, 100x exp is totally retarded. but that's just me
yeah your right if you set the rate very high there some of the stuff things and place that you can see explore use and wear ^^

and i want to make a very good evo server ^^ not just good but very good hehehe

Like I said earlier pretty much all the well run servers are low rate.
Icon's Inferno Rose is a good choice for a little higher but as tolstoi pointed out, it has a lot of very custom content and isn't for everyone.
Arua is around 30X too but many people don't like it there for various reasons that i won't go into right now.
There are a few well run low rate servers such as Akram online
