Map Bugs

Well i think i am Not the unike with this problem so i solved to post it here ..
Well some maps have a bug that didnt apare monsters i was intriged and shaking head about that so i solved to go on sql files and look what was the problem with spawn table then i noticed that in the table are alot of maps missing like 1 of them "Kenji Beach" .
so i started to think about if the problem was mine or , sql files are realy incompleat so i opened the sql files with mine notepad and i see that are realy missing lost of maps and spawns , so i said to mine selve "wtf now" so i started to Re-create maps so i thinked "OmG" this will take me an year to make and i dont realy kno the spawn places for all monster then i see that we have forum to notice problems then i asked mine selve is eny editor that i can youse to take map info from the game and add to mine sql files ? or maby someone of forum can do this ?

Well at all i am asking for monster spawn code can be a new sql file i dont matter what but i realy whant to fix thsi and dont whant to put all monster manualy .
