my server is keep stopping

how can i make it better??

my computer is very nice. i think my cable internet isn't good

any thing way to make it better even little bit

the stopping mean when i paly game it just stop few second and back to normal again.

the server isn't crash but just stop and well again.

get better internet xD or try using a other better pc or server...
and only run server on your pc with nothing else... so no music or downloads you get lag of that, Playing rose? you may but you will get a little big of lag then to!
