Never had this before..

Well, I went to logon to a private server and when I click start on the launcher ( Tryed on multiple servers) the gameguard logo popped up then trose appears in my task manager as somewhere around 17k of memory and nothing loads. It's not a problem on my computer alone because I transfered my rose files to my brothers computer also and still had the same "error", anyone else have a problem like this?

hmm you said transfered, did you transfer just the rose online directory, or the installer? if just the files, i would redownload the installer, and reinstall. then use one of the patches, the hidden rose installer works well for me, as it disables gameguard and the return to character screen.
